German WWll Artillery Projectile Colors

As A Field Artilleryman I know the colors of US projos. I am working on a 28 cm K-5 1/35 scale railway gun. LEOPOLD, I am doing the Dragon Kit.
My question is what color were the German projos for their heavy artillery? I don't think olive drab. Possibly some sort of German Grey???? I have the decals to mark the rounds but stumped on color. Can anyone help?

They were dark gray with white stencils.
