Has anyone bought MMK Models from Czech Republic? Any comments on the quality? The prices seem very expensive, but MMK does make some kits that no one else does. In particular is the Czech SOF HiLux which I have seen a built-up photo in Google Images.

I have a few of their kits, and though not built, they are top quality, sure you have a little cleaning to do, and yes, one of mine had a couple of broken parts, but hey, first, they are resin and resin is brittle, and resin always needs cleaning. Second, the detail is brilliant and you get alot in the box, resin, etch ect, so as far as im concerned, they are great, and I will get more of their product. No complaints from me.

Does anyone know if the ATVs carry weapons heavier than personal weapons? Could a M249, M240, M2, or MK-19 be mounted on an ATV such as the MMK one? I believe there was a photo showing an ATV with grenade launcher on it.

Hello, I have two model kits from MMK:

Iveco LMV and Panther CLV.

The kits are good in general but a lot of details you have to make yourself especially on the LMV kit.

Cabs are in one piece.

There will be soon a LMV from Italeri.

One the last kit from MMK models is a Quad bike. It looks very nice.

I think it is the first kit of a quad bike in 1:35 scale, isn't it ?

Yes, there are photos of a SF quad with a Mk 19 mounted on the front, and ammo bins to the rear sides. Check the live-resin thread for it, around page 25 I think.

would make for a great dio.

I believe it is...it looks really nice. I hope some companies would make some AM items for it, especially gear for the trailer although resin gear and weapons already exist to stock it.
