As the BRDM-2 series has an "early" and a "late" version, I think, this is the late version of the RKh-variant.
The engine-deck-covering is a very good detail.
Early version has big hatches, while the late version has 6 smaller rounded coverings.

Hard to tell from the rear view but I guess this a A version with the 7.62 MG instead of the KPVT.
So maybe the B version will follow soon as the turret is already available in their early BRDM and their BTR-60PB.
