Every few months I pull out a bit more hair when I realize the project count keeps going up and I have less time for everything. A brief sample of outstanding projects.
1. Finish and update campaigns area with change to new campaign system, leader promotion of campaign ribbons, leader administration of campaign info.
2. Content! My Outlook has a huge backlog of content dating back 6 months. 80% of everything we get gets published right away. This is the 20% that got lost in the cracks.
3. Resource Section - creating a vehicle and kit resource area so we can start capitalizing on the almost unlimited space we have on our server. We are using like 8% currently.
4. Get the Warship section of the site under steam. Find an Editor.
5. Get the Figures section back-on-track. Anders has stepped down as Editor because he hasn't the time lately. I understand so no hard feelings on that score. I will be needing a qualified figure builder for this post. Same with the Warship position.
6. pxStores - Still back there taunting me. My e-commerce project is about 60% done. I just need one merchant who wants to start as the test site. Concurently updating the Shopping section of the site to go along with this.
7. Armorama Espanol - Again editor and getting it underway.
8. Upgrade the gallery to version 4.1 and fix all the fallout issues from upgrading.
9. Quarterly Jr. Modelers Campaign. More on this soon.
10. Adding the 10 plus sets of ranks everyone is asking for.
11. Armorama Neighborhoods. The functionality is in place. Now to just build a page template so that when a user selects their country from a pulldown they get a page dynamically generated with interesting regional stuff from their neck of the woods.
12. End this list before I get really depressed! THIS IS COMPLETED!
hehe
Oh well....off to play Call of Duty for an hour before bed.
Cheers,
Jim

Jim, I should have the "other" little project finished this evening - with a few extras added in for good measure.
PS: Imagine if you had nothing to do on the site, you'd have to start building a model!

Ok, this is a wild idea and I am not speaking in his name, but what about Gino? (ViolentG), he is a great source on figure painting (he dos it for a living), maybe he is interested?

Thanks guys. I appriciate the offers of help. I will try to send off some of the content additons to those editors who can do them. Definately if you can help in the search for qualified folks for the Figures and Warships editor postitions that would be great. Gino would be great...but does he know anything about web publishing?? Hopefully he'd be interested if he does.
Cheers,
Jim

Hi Jim
Hopefully it goes without saying, I'll help wherever I can.
Personally, I'd put the new ranks at the bottom of the list! Fun if they work, but hardly the end of the world if everyone has to wait a while...
All the best
Rowan

Just a question,
At the Forum Help / Rank Info page the new rank systems are nicely organized from low to high, but the original ranks are mixed big time. Maybe the original ranks can be reorganized.
No big deal offcourse...just something that caught my eye.

Howdy Jim,
Really wish I could be of more help. For what it's worth regarding item #3 on your 'to-do' list. Greyhunter and I have been working together on the side to create a comprehensive M113 kit resource list that would include all currently manufactured kits of the M113, plus all of the aftermarket, PE sets, conversion kits, etc. Marcel and I will bounce lists off each other and try to put something together for you that you might be able to stick in the 'Resource Section'
It may not be much, but every little bit helps. :-)

Oh, and if any of the other members want to 'pitch-in' and share any info they might have regarding what Marcel and I have dubbed the 'Bucket Database', please feel free to drop me a PM or Email me (my Email address is in my profile).....Thx!
