All depends on temp and humidity. Like all acrylics it dries quickly to the touch. I've painted over it in a few hours, but wouldn't mask it for 24 hrs to be on the safe side. Also would wait 24 hours before any clear coats as they're sealers and won't let any moisture that's still in the paint evaporate.
