If you guys run across the current Armor magazine (the official professional journal of the US Army Armor branch), I recommend snatching one up. The current issue lists all the Active and National Guard Armor and Cavalry units, brigades, regiments, battalion, squadrons and armor related training units. Also lists the units equipment type for the battalion and scouts (i.e., M1A1/HMMWV; M1A2/M3A2). Interestingly, I do not see the M3A3 listed as equipment in any armor or cavalry unit.

Back cover also has a color photo of the FT-18 Renault light tanks found in Afghanistan and being uploaded and sent to the Patton Museum.

Rob can you scan and post the info? Don't think this would violate copyright.

Sorry, here's the link to the online site: http://www.knox.army.mil/center/ocoa/ArmorMag/index.htm. Should be able to access the current issue, or wait until it is a back issue.
