If I install the windshield glass on an armor softskin model, do I need to mask the clear plastic when I spray upcoming Future coats? Or is the future fine over the glass?

Jake,
I have never masked the windscreen, the airplane guys regularly give the canopy glass a purpose spray. The only caution with the windscreen is not to go so thick that you get a run, as in all things moderation is the key. Good luck!
