heu guys, i have hobbyboss' t-26 and tested the 4bo primer with a brush on the underside. and it appears to dry with a sheen. and brushmarks are easily visible. usually I dont get this with vallejo, or tamiya.
I was hoping to use this over my normal primer, as a surface coat, but it appears that will not be the case.

Not sure what primer you are referring to.
From the new 4BO set? That would be the Russian Green Primer. While it can be brushed on, it really lends itself to be airbrushed, which will leave an even flat finish.
Don't really need a primer under it, as it is a primer in itself, just a colored primer.
