It's a bit small and choppy around the edges.

I was thinking the lapel insignia and any shoulder insignia that was valid (not many though).

Cheers,
Jim

that would be obershutze

the shoulder board does not denote rack but rather job class as indicated by the color of the piping.
in this case - artillery ,observation,or general staff

This is just a rough work in progress. My "test" was to see if they were saving as transparent .gifs.

None of the above. That is my answer. Yep, none of the above. Heck, if I would have known there was going to be a test, I would have studied....

When I said shoulder insignia I meant to say sleeve (patch). Not the shoulder board.

Thanks,
Jim

Okay, I have a new design for them that I think you'll like.

A couple of questions first...
Should we make both armies available? The Heer and the Waffen? If not, and we only make one available, which one should it be? Are there going to be members that would get upset if they see Waffen SS insignias? Should we just play it safe and choose only the Heer? We could choose not use the "collar" insignia in which case the "SS" insignias of the Waffen would not be seen in the final design. Keep in mind, that it is the collar insignias that really visually distinguish each army group.

Thoughts?
Another idea would be to scrap the idea of the WWII insignias all together and just do the modern army's. Personally I like the WWII ones best.

I guess to keep everybody from getting ticked off even though it is a free world and we should be able to use what we want I guess the feeling would be leave out any thing relating to SS being displayed .
