Hi Guys,
sorry for the basic question,
I'm a complate newbie to figure painting, can anyone tell me how to use Vallejo paints correctly.
I'm looking at creating highlights amd shadows...
Also can you dry brush with them, and what is layering and how do you do it
Thanks

checkout http://www.acrylicosvallejo.com/
especially http://www.acrylicosvallejo.com/en_US/model-paints/faqs/3
and their downloads page, lots of how-to's & guides. If you buy a box set of Modelcolor, you get a guide, but also available from stores & from the downloads page.
ModelColor for brush painting, ModelAir for airbrush.
You will also need good quality brushes, distilled water, AND ther 'dilutant' a elmers'/PVA-like goop, AND their tip-retarder to slow drying time.
I also like Medea airbrish cleaner for thinning & cleanup.
good luck
