Hi,
I'm looking for some USAAF ground crew to place around a 1/32 mustang I'm planning on building. Can anyone recommend some figures?
Thanks for your time.
Jeff

Verlinden has an older set of three U.S. mechanics that could be used for USAAF. Verlinden now has a new set of two figures, one in pilot's gear, for plane dio's. Also, CMK has a very nice set of two mechanics that I've used in plane dio's. See Verlinden's website. Hope this helps.

It may be an odd place to go, but Zoukei-Mura has been putting out short-run kits in 1/32, and their P-51 kit has a number of figure sets available for it. Their American dealer is Volks USA; the P-51 page is here -- two different pilot figures, a battlefield artist figure, and three two-figure sets: a briefing set, an oil tank exchange set, and an engine maintenance set. There are also figure sets for Z-M's Ta-152H-1 kit, but those would need some modification to be US ground crew (and some wouldn't work well without more conversion -- the ammo belt for the ammunition loaders set are clearly 20mm shells, for example).
