Many of the row houses and buildings have double doors (side by side), the question is which side are the hinges on? Do they open from the same side or are they opposing ?(left and right handled)

Opposing... if they have double doors, the hinges of the right door would be on the left and of the left door they would be on the right....

This is in 80% true.... there are situations where they open the same way.
