this is embarrassing...
Can we mix tamiya acrylic paint with the tamiya enamel thinner?

If you are talking about the blue cap X20 then I believe the answer would be no. If you are talking about the lacquer thinner with the yellow cap then you should be able to. Cheers.

I've used Tamiya's Yellow bottle top thinner which is lacquer based. Works great with their Acrylic paints, and really makes the paint pigments much finer for a smoother finish. The issue I have with doing that, is that I've got the same smell and Envio issues that I had when shooting lacquer based paints, not to mention a not too happy wife even when I used my spray booth vented out the window.
