Looking good Robert,
The roof thatching looks a little thick to me,but it's still early in your dio to really say.The bamboo for the well looks exellent. Are they actual small bamboo sticks or did you use something else?Keep posting.

Great work on the buildings. I'll be keeping up to date. I suffer a cat, who would immediately think the roof something for him to attack and eat.

Thanks guy's for comments. Some more progress on groundwork , some changes on roof's. Bamoboo sticks are real , pick them up few years ago when they were green and young Any idea where to find some rats , chickens and stuff like that ?

Beautiful work my friend.! Plus model do a dedicated rat set. And either miniart or masterbox have recently released a farmyard animal kit. I don't remember who released it though. Looking forward to more.

Robert,
Excellent work so far. You are doing a really good job with the structures and the palm tree looks great. I can't wait to see the finished diorama.
Cheers,
James

Looks a very promising diorama, I´ll keep following your post. By the way, did you use the "ficus benjamina" metod to redoing your palm frond ???

Thanks for comments everyone.
@Mark; stonework is made out of clay .. cut peaces of clay and press them on rough surface stone to achieve some texture ..
@Csago; I used aluminum tape for leafs ... read Your tutorial on palm trees and it was very helpfull ..thanks for sharing..
definitely I will try "ficus benjamina" metod in next project.. this one was just for break from trying to sculpt some busts (if interested You can see them on Historicus Forma sculpting forum under same nickname)
cheers

Nice! I like the figures, seems they are painted and weathered really nicely. Give us some more detailed pics of the figures, please.

Robert- Very nice results, your efforts are rewarded.
I couldn't help but notice Chris, Barnes, and Elias from 'Platoon'.
Really like this dio, and great job on those figures as well.
