It is normally pulled by the M985 which looks exactly like the M977 but has a heavier capacity material handling crane. You would not be able to tell an M985 from an M977 without looking real closely at the crane or the data plate. Only the M985's crane can handle loads in the HEMAT trailer while fully extended (and while the trailer is still hooked up to the truck).I was hoping a M977 did!!!!
