The canvas was making in scrach with tissue paper and cola glue.

This halftrack looks like it has had a bit of a hard life. As I understand it the owner traced its' registration back to 1949 in Alaska but that is as far back as he was able to go. It was located in the Chicago area but I believe it has recently changed hands. Anyone else have info on this unique vehicle?
