This is the Airfix Snatch Land Rover and is based on a vehicle of 321 EOD based in Northern Ireland during Operation Banner.

Nice to see one of these in NI patrol colors- I assume this is the Airfix kit? Do the decals for the freephone number come in the kit?

Yes this is the Airfix Snatch which i have back dated and added the Blue lights which are scratch built. The decals dont come with the kit no so the ones i have used are from BW Models and are 1/76 scale but were bigger in size as designed to go on there Bedford MK NI version but fit quite well.

great work,how do you stick the tires to the base? again great work.

Thanks guys for the comments , i fix them to the base with a small dab of superglue it works well and if you want to remove it from the base then a small blade slid under the tyre removes it fro the base.
