Ok, I am not sure if this should be here or in the Rivets Review, or even in the diorama section, but it all boils down to armor.
Back in my thread I started with the pics of my 5 Ton, I said I was going to tkae pictures of the other vehicles that where going to be in a dio and there real counter parts. Well, here they are.
The picture of the Bradley was packed away in a box and I could not get to it, so I am sorry I couldnt post that one.
I am also sorry about the quility of the pictures. New camer and I'm not that good using it yet.

Great work there Epi! I especially appreciate the side-by-sides. :-) You are obviously a talented scratchbuilder.
I am also curious how you did the Hummer Shelter, could you explain?

Tread.

P.S., In the second picture down, I didn't know the U.S. military used Armour -All on their Humvee tyre's to make 'em shine like that! #:-)

Thanks guys.
The shelter came from Real Models. To represent my shelter, I had to add a couple of little pieces and sand of some other peices.

Darkstar,
I have a couple of more pictures I didnt upload in my album. I will do that tonight. Unfortunatley, I am in the Natinal Guard and I dont get to play with these but only once a month and I just got back this weekend. I will try and take some more next month when I go up for drill again. It seems there is a big interest for "support vehicles" here so I will ablige everone and take a bunch of pictures of all the different vehicles in my unit.

I'm sorry Matt, yes it is the S-250 shelter.
Darn, I should of taken some photos of the mounting bracket that sits in the bed of the Hummer that the shelter bolts down too. We just got a new Hummer in with out the bracket and a shelter in it and we have a bracket laying on the ground. If you dont mind waiting till after December 6 and 7, I will take pictures of the bracket too.

Matt,
Its good to have reference from different units. Some guys get stuck on if they see it at one unit, thats the way they are at all units, so its good to see how each units keeps there vehicles. Now Robs(SABOT) Motor Pool is a great starting place!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Here is a preview of some of the pictures i will take. This is our Motor Pool. We have pretty much all the 5 Ton variants, and 2 1/2 variants. Of course Hummers. We have different generators, semi trailers wreckers and HEMMTT wreckers. We even still have some of the old CUCVS and Blazers.

P.S.
That is Lockheed/Martin in the background. That is where the F16 and the F22 Raptor is being built.

Matt,
Our generators have the "run quite" sysytem over them, and we have a couple of smaller generators on small trailers in our other motor pool. These are the types you see pulled by Hummers in signal units.
No need for CD's, I have plenty!!!!
