I wanted to build a Vietnamese PT-76 to go with my figures, but I wondered:
1) I assume they received both the older and newer versions? My reference only mentions PT-76B's but common sense indicates that Vietnam would have more likely received older versions of Soviet equipment.
2) Were PT-76 vehicles used in Cambodia?

Here this might help some. I haven't found any pictures showing the early style muzzle break version, but appears they had both the pt-76b and the chinese copy of the pt-76

Hey,

The Chinese version of the PT76 is the Type 63, but there are some significant differences between the two vehicles: Length, height, the turret, the location of the driver's hatch, ...

I also noticed that there are kits of the Vietnamese T-34-85 tank with the Vietnamese Sapper Team figures included. I assume that infantry would follow (or ride upon) the PT-76 tanks as they went on their missions?

I've been hoping that Trumpeter or Bronco would release a kit of the NVA/Chinese Type 63... It is a very interesting-looking vehicle.
