I emailed FalconBBS about the situation with his site and the offensive images of minors posted there. He did not reply to my email within the 24hrs I gave him nor did he remove the link to said images. As a result all topics he started as well as individual posts in other threads where his link was included have been removed from the site. As a result of deleting his topics some of your posts have also been delete. Keep this in mind if you see a minor drop in your post count.

While I have everyone's attention I want to stress the need for EVERYONE to realise we have a ZERO tolerance for this kind of thing. This includes posting URLs to porn sites in a chat room. Users who cannot follow basic norms of adult behaviour for the net can go somewhere else to "play" as we will certainly be using the "BAN" option for their membership to both this site and the MSN areas. Enough said. Let's get back to talking about modeling.

Thanks,
Jim

hi

i really support your decission jim, it also chocked me in a way , that people are posting such pic's on there site and be proud of it !!

his pictures of models are cool but i refuse to view them anymore. even without those teens pictures.

i hope that most people would agree with you and me ,that such things are really sick and should be banned for ever.

kind regards

dmd

Phaisal (the webmaster of Falcon BBS) returned my email this morning and confirmed that he has removed all the offensive links and images. As a result I don't have an issue with him continuing to use this site or post links to his modeling pages (provided these offensive images don't reappear).

This is a second chance. And I believe in giving second chances.

Thanks,
Jim

Hi Jim:
I think that a person who posts that kind of images in his site is not trustable, itīs a matter of moral.

Carlos,
I wouldn't buy anything from him via ebay then.

Seriously this is a personal judgement call for everyone to make. I don't trust Uday but I let him post here as well provided he keeps to the rules.

Good Call Jim as usual.

Hehe, I don't think any of us trust Uday, but he is still fun. That other dude, well, I wouldn't even go to the level of talking about trust, it's about if I want him to be within 10 yards of any of my younger cousins. But as you said, and I agreed it's your call, and I think it's a good decision you made.

And of course, Manie Warm Wishes.

Thanks Jim...

I think he understands his mistake. Different cultures have different views on this kind of thing. I just asked that his ability to link from THIS site was stopped or changed. He did that. Problem over.

Hey, I live in Alabama and don't want to move away, but, i don't want the King James version of the 10 commandments on display in my State's Supreme Court building. I'll still visit his site. It is quite a collection. What he keeps on his hard drive is his business. Just like the thousands of photos of the Beatles on mine.. (can you believe it? some folks are still offended that Lennon said the Beatles were more popular the christ? and would not like me uplinking photos of them from this site?...or, for that matter, all my Jane Fonda photos.)

Okay, i'm kidding about the fonda pics...Animal...
