The desert tan is always lighter than I expect. It is almost an off-white with rust streeks.
All of life's little problems can be solved with the propper application of plastique explosives.

In person, it looked a little pinkish to me, although the pictures don't show it. I wouldn't be surprised if it was repainted at some point, though.
