I'm wanting to depict an M3 Grant in North Africa. I can find the markings for infantry, Humbers and Shermans. But, I don't know what the markings for the Grant were. If there are no decals available, I can print custom ones. I just need the symbols and markings.

51st Highland Division was an infantry unit so it was not equipped with tanks. Independent Armoured Brigades might be temporarily placed under command but the division had no organic armoured units.

The only organic 'armour' would be the divisional recce regt (an armoured car battalion).

If you wanted to depict an M3 operating in support of 51st HD, you'd need to define the exact time period and then finish it in the markings of whichever armoured brigade was temporarily attached to or supporting the division for that operation (and it could easily change from operation to operation).

John
