I have been waiting for an upgrade of the original Matchbox 1/76 Tank Transporter for decades and I see that Hobby Boss will be releasing the M19 Diamond T Tank Transporter in 1/35 soon! Woohoo!!

Another step closer to this diorama:
...which can't be a bad thing!
Does anyone have any information on post war operators, beyond UK/US?

I know, it's a crazy old thread, but I couldn't resist: Service countries for the M19 were afaik (besides US and UK): Germany (Bundeswehr 1950/60ies), Syria, Israel, France, Belgium, Netherlands, Canada, and a few examples were supposedly sent to the Soviet Union as part of the lend lease contract...
Please add any country I might have forgotten. It was Merit to release the M19 in 35th scale eventually, but they are not so easy to come by anymore it seems... are they out of production at Merit?

I don't think there is such a brand as I Love Kits...

I think there is.
There is a honking big box on my desk with 'I Love Kits' a read heart, and the text "M65 280 MM Atomic Cannon Atomic Annie" printed on it

No, it says I Love Kit. Is that a sample or a released kit?

The seller (ebay) had a whole bunch of them.
Didn't want to sell outside the US so I had to use a "middle man" to re-ship it to me.
There was a whole discussion thread about this some months back

Pardon me Warren, I wrote “Kits” instead of “Kit”.
Before you discount everyone, perhaps do a bit of research? It has been discussed here already, and if you go to Hobby Search and Hobby Link Japan you will see all the ex-Merit kits (1/35, 1/18, 1/72, etc) listed as forthcoming under the “I Love Kit” branding, and as Robin has noted, the Atomic Annie has already been released - it is now available from Hobby Easy as well. These are all Trumpeter produced kits that were previously marketed by Merit (except the Atomic Annie).

They are co-produced with Apple. The logo should actually read:
'iLove' Kit. The heart was supposed to be an apple.....
'I Heart Kit' on a model kit.... What will they put on advertising next, hash tags?

Interesting, how a reanimated ancient thread can excel... should do a study on what are the crucial factors for that
Back to topic: So they ARE actually out of production at Merits, but coming back to life from "I love kit" (nice name by the way!) as being a Trumpeter offspring. Did I get that story right? Price would be interesting, box art is exactely the same as with Merit, so they must have aquired the entire license for them...
Will those kits be sold worldwide?

I actually think it's the other way around. Trumpeter agreed to produce a production run of kits for Merit (perhaps Merit provided all the research?), and after a certain length of time and/or once the production run was sold, Trumpeter is allowed to market the kits themselves. These are Trumpeter kits through and through, with Merit on the box. Not sure what happened with the Atomic Annie. I expect they've chosen a new branding simply to differentiate this series of kits from normal Trumpeter kits.

With cheap paper thin LED-displays and thin photovoltaic film I wouldn't be surprised if we got this
