Any suggestions for a way to make light arms fire in 1/35?

Dan look at my post "what to use for explosions" as it contains ideas for explosions and gunfire.

No I very much doubt it - you'd never be able to get the moving parts in the receiver to actuate let alone fire miniature ammunition...
Haha - sorry couldnt resist!
How about a tiny dab of superglue on the end of the muzzle, hold a piece of cotton wool on it and after a few seconds pull away in the direction of the bullet. Surely this would create a little white tapering cloud...
For muzzle braked weapons you could repeat this in an outward direction from each of the brake holes and maybe spray orange? Or try spraying the cotton wool orange first?
Just some ideas...

Yeah, I've always used the cotton wool technique and it works well, just wondering if there was a better way to do it but it seems I'll be sticking with cotton wool
