Here is Hobby Boss’s Range Rover RSOV vehicle. I replaced the wheels with resin castings from DEF. The M240B at the passenger’s seat is a casting from Live Resin with the swing arm mount and added optics. The Mk 19 grenade launcher is also from Live Resin with a barrel from Lion Marc. The SAW at the rear is from Dragon. Stowage was from my spares box and the kit and the two rear mounted spare tires are from the kit since they weren’t needed for running gear.

Very nice! Is that a Javelin ATGM tube? I've read some reports citing that the Javelin tube doesn't look the part. What do you think?

OK Al, I've been away for a long time. When the heck did you start building armor?

Thanks, guys. I've built armor for years, just not recently. I wanted to make sure my skills ddn't get too rusty.

Is it a "What if" RSOV ? Because the weapons are too much modern. The M240 type mounted on this vehicle are M240G not B, and there aren't all these accessories on the grenade launcher.

I believe too the seats are not the good type for an american version.

Seats are the wrong type for the US version. The demonstrator vehicle had these, but not the actual vehicle; it had the older shorter, square type seats. Hobby Boss' colour guide for an overall grey vehicle is also, I believe, incorrect. All I have seen have been black, though there may be some exceptions. The model itself is very well done; always great to see models of my favourite vehicle built up!
