Hi i'm looking for info on railwaytracks measurements etc.
I'm most interested in drawings of things like this with measurements as i would like to make one for a dio.

It's not at all clear just what info you're looking for. Do you want to build a complete switch? Fred recently did a review of a resin kit (1:35) that just has a short section of track with the controller, similar to that shown here.
What scale is this for?

I would like to try and build a complete switch in 1/35 to go with my trumpeter tracks, need a overview plan with some measurements to make a scale plan of the tracks, only found american plans but i'm not sure they are the same as german/european ww2 layout.
