Is there a kit of a Hummer Ambulance in 1/35th scale?
My neice has been called up from the Army National Gaurd here in Nebraska to go
to Iraq and is an Army Medic. I would like to build a Hummer Ambulance for here when she gets back.

Academy did a 1/35th scale Hummer ambulance, it was an M997 version and came with litters and an AMAL can, but I haven't seen one in a few years and it is apparently out of production.

Academy did the standard 4-litter hard top M997, #1352. I bought one from Military Hobbies in early 2002 when I won the first User of the Month award. They still advertise here. Check their site.
Esci made a couple of them as well. The 2-litter hardtop and the 2-litter softtop. Both are long OOP. I think I have one of those somewhere.

DOUGMAUSER,
YES there was an Hummer Ambulance, from Academy #1352, but its been out of cerculation for awhile. It appears that HOBBY CRAFT has been releasing some of Academy's old kits. Seaarch the web stores, and local shows and maybe you'll have some luck.
