hey guys
Question would a t-34/85 fight alongside a JS2 or were they in separate tank units.

JSZ's, as far as I know were organized into seperate heavy tank battalions and were attached to armored formations as needed. So yes, it is very likely that they did fight side-by-side. Also, in the confusion of battle in Berlin, not to mention the confusion of the city streets, fighting in a foreign city with foreign street signs, I can imagine JS-2's fighting alongside T-34/85's that had no affiliation with each other. I''m sure wrong turns and getting lost in a huge fereign city was the rule, not the exception.

I've only seen the supplemental armor on T34's.
