I just received the MTVR kit and was surprised to find that
there is no spare tire in the box. I checked pictures
on Prime Portal and I don't see a spare there. Did the
MTVR really not have a spare tire?

No spare tire with the MTVR. They use a CTIS that is able to pump enough air into the tires that at least 2 can have .50cal holes in them and not go completely flat. It just limits your speed to less than 30mph tho...And if you short it out the entire dash wiring needs replaced...not that I've done that or anything....
