Hi, all...
This is a project involving the T-28 kit from ICM, code 35031 and the Eduard photo etched for the T-28 EAR (very rough), however, adapted to the ICM, infinitely superior.
It is a very good kit, with many interesting details. He brings 3 towers with partial interior, driver's cab, engine and transmission.
The most complex part of the assembly is the attachment of the wheels (24 pairs) and torsion bars because it is very complicated the task of leveling and leaves them all aligned and parallel to the floor.

Cesar,
Looks really good how was the kit when you built it?

Hi Paul, the most complex part of the assembly is the attachment of de whells and torsion bars.
The photo-etched used was made for the AER kit.
Of this, I used only 40% for the ICM kit, especially the cleats of the tools, large air intakes, all external frame of the machine gun in the commander hatch, the large side grid. At most, some offal into several parts.
As the kit is very good, in fact I replaced or modified little things:
1) scratch cover the exhaust made from aluminum
2) lock handle inside the commander's hatch.
3) I make a small piece of styrene to close the gap between the top cover of the driver and hull.

Good to see one built up and you seem to know what you are about. The camo is exactly what I want to try my hand at. Perfect weathering, as it is uniform throughout. I did not realize the kit comes with a partial interior. The wheels must have been a nightmare! Next time I find one for less than $50, I'll be building my third Russian tank. Is the antennae stock?

Very clean build, Cesar. I like the base as well; is that something you did or pre-built?

Matt-
I found the ICM T-28 at http://alanger.us/catalog/t-28-(1936).aspx on sale for $40.73
Cesar-
I love the camo and weathering you have achieved on your T-28. I have started a couiple of the ICM and Alanger versions of this tank a couple of times, and unfortunately neither saw completion. I didn't really know how good one of these could look until I came across yours. I salute you

Jim, Thank You very much. I like the pre War tanks, especially those with multiple towers, independently of nationality.
I am at your disposal to collaborate and see their T-28 also finalized.

Thank you Christopher... the bases were bought ready for use, made by Joefix Studios (Belgium)
