Hi. I want to use it on my Tiger Friul tracks, can I use a brush to apply it?

Are you talking about the burnishing fluid
If so then, after thoroughly cleaning the tracks, you need to soak the enire run it the solution to let the chemical reaction work.

Hi,
They need to soaked in the stuff for a while, I've read that you need to pre soak in white vinegar for the best effect, this helps the fluid to do it's magic. I've played with the stuff on one or two links and it does work, my links took about 3 hours to change to a black colour.

I asked a while back about AK PE burnishing fluid and thought I'd ask here seeing as it's sort of on topic and since there were no replies to my original question: does the burnishing fluid improve paint adhesion at all when applied to the pe or does it just blacken it? I suppose the same could be asked of the track fluid too.
Thanks
