Hi all!
I'm new member in forum and let me show you my first diorama. It finished summer of 2012. The Tiger kit is AFVClub 35079 and upgraded with Eduard PE and zimmerit, RBModels gun barrel and Friulmodel metal tracks. The Tiger painted with Gunze and Tamiya acrylic and weathered with 502Abteilung oil wash and MIG pigments.
The figure kit is Zvezda 3614. These figures are my very first figures. The "erbsenmuster" uniforms painted with Gunze acrylic and Revell enamel colors. The faces painted with Vallejo "face and skintones set" colors.
I'll hope you like it.

Awesome job! The cigarette and jerry cans really grab my attention. I never thought about using cotton, for cigarette smoke. I've never seen stains added to jerry cans. Attention to the small details is excellent! It supports the dio as a moment in time. Was it typical to leave the inside of the hatches white? I thought this was long gone, by the invasion of Northern France.

Thanks for everyone.
Matt, in my opinion the cotton wool is the easiest way to make cigarette smoke.
The inside color of hatch (and all interior) is not white but ivory. As far as I know this was the standard interior color of german AFV's.
And another small detail: the flame which made from Humbrol Clearfix and painted with Gunze H92 clear orange.

The inside of the hatches were painted, soon after the war started, so as not to make a target or attract attention from the allied forces. If I am wrong, please somebody correct me.

I didn't notice it in the other comments, so I wanted to take notice of how well the tight layout conveys the degree of visual obstruction faced by combatants in the bocage country, where sight lines were dictacted by the hedges and engagements could happen suddenly at point-blank ranges.

Sorry for the necro post, I was just browsing through old posts seeing what was possible as I am a total newbie and this one really caught my eye.
Great detail and an awesome dio. Makes me more excited to get started in this hobby.
