Now that a bunch of types have been released, I wondered which ones were actually used by the DAK.

I think it is easier to make a list of staffcars that did not go to Afrika. Should be much much shorter.
Pretty much every type of staffcar possibly with the exception of the G4 (never seen pictures of that but I'm pretty sure Frenchy will prove me wrong). If you can think of it, it has 4 wheels, and can be classified as a staffcar you can be pretty sure one was driving around in Africa. In the hot weather convertibles were more popular though.
I have seen pictures of Opel Admiral/Olympia/Kapitan, Wanderers, Stoewers, Horchs, Steyrs, Adlers, Mercedes' of all sorts of plumage, Fiats, Skodas etc. all in desertyellow with the DAK palm on it.
