Hi all,
This kit represents a Panzer IV Ausf.H with Flak 88, used in the last months of WW2 in desperate defense of Germany, 1945. This is the 1/35 Cyber Hobby 8.8cm Flak 37 auf Panzer IV Pz.Kpfw.IV Ausf.H, item 6667, plus super detailing.
Unfortunately this kit has unexpected failures particularly the cannon without horizontal and vertical movement, gun tube with reduced size, does not bring the seat's gunner, lack of the fuse box. I corrected all this things
I also changed the drive sprocket to late version), the support of the gun tube and the links, and the whole system of optical sights (resin).
I did a moderate weathering, because the vehicle fought for a short time.

That is one ugly looking machine. Only the Germans... Awesome job, I never knew they built one of these. Love the weathering too

Nice model. The paint ended up very dark ... was this your intention? A figure to show scale would add a lot.

C-H also screwed up the front part of upper hull in front of gun. It should be completely flat according to photos on Panzerwrecks book.

Mr. Kimmo, thanks for commenting about the project.
In my private library I don't have the book that you mentioned. So, I don't know your photographic content.
When I built this kit, my only sources were the pictures below:

in these pictures really canno't see the front upper hull, so are inconclusives. In my humble opinion, the upper hull (position of the driver and gunner) was hit or was later removed.
As I have not seen specific photo from the top of the hull, I preferred not to modify the kit in this particular place

Cesar.
Three of those photos, which were in your post, are the same found in Panzerwrecks X -book. Here's braille scale kit built according those photos:

Kimmo,
I understand, but I think these photos are inconclusive about the upper hull. Looking at them, there is no way to say with certainty that the top of the hull is completely flat. So, I believe that this part of the hull was deliberately removedor because it was hit. Therefore, I preferred not to modify the kit in this particular place. (Sorry, my english is terrible)
Look, this is just my humble point of view...

Thank you Frank. In relation to the camouflage,in this particular case, I decided to leave the vehicle with darker shades that light, because then it was more difficult to see in the shadows of the forests.
