I want to build a M577 with an interior, can the extension from the tamiya kit fit on an academy 113? or should i just put the academy interior in the tamiya kit?

There's no interior included with the Tamiya M577. So, cannibalizing an M113 from either Tamiya or Academy is necessary.

Yes, Tamiya wall extensions will fit the Academy M113s just fine.
