Erhan, a beautiful gift indeed, a very nice kit.
Just in case it is of any help... (well, you know...) thought I'd point out this excellent review that someone did of this kit, not too long ago, in case you missed it.
By the date on your phone though, maybe you've already built this kit!
Looking forward to seeing it built up and especially painted, as mine is still just in plastic.
Matthew

You ARE my new best friend Erhan and will watch with envy as I want one of these too... but in 1/35th. Matter of fact, I want both versions!
Nice start!

Thank you dear Jeff, I'd be happy our friendship. I can do only 1/72 scale model because other scales (1/35, 1/48) are very big for me I hope you like this model
Matheww, I know your review and I've read it, very nice article. What are you waiting for painting..
You are right, my Ka-Mi is completed
here is some building photos..

Matheww... What are you waiting for painting..
I have a back log of built models that are waiting for painting. I will stop building soon and start with paint on each one.
So, right now I'm waiting for you to paint this one first!

A nice fast build, Erhan. It is great to see another of these kits being built and a few different angle pictures. You've done a very effective job on creating the track sag and I might have to see about getting one of these (once I get caught up on other outstanding builds). Between this Blog and Matthew's review, it looks far more interesting than I originally thought.
Cheers,
Jan

Hi again
Thank you for your nice comments and let's paint it for Matthew
First, I started painting with gray primer..
I wanted to do shading with black primer. But get used to airbrush, pressure and the distance is very important. No panic,
Painted with Vallejo 71096
Paint details..
little rust effect..
some weathering..
A study for the base...maybe

I like those DS tracks, makes it just as easy to make track sag.

Cool kit and you are doing a great job. It's nice seeing it come together and getting some paint. I'll be watching.

Erhan, I really love your "Photoshop" mock up of the base - but I think this vehicle definitely deserves to be seen crawling up the beach, so you should go for it.
Funny thing about this kit is how big it is once the floats are on.
The painting looks good - it looks like it's been tossed around in the waves after riding around in a ship and a bumpy landing craft.
(Maybe you could have a beach towel and a pair of flip flops there on the beach as well... )

@erhntly Erhan,
I have this kit in the stash but its of the first release without the floating pontoons. The vehicle itself is very well detailed for something this small and in this scale. Youre doing a great job with this sea going turtle; I also agree that the track sag youve managed looks convincing. I also like the weathering. Good close up and reference photographs. Nice start on the base too!

Wow!! More amazing work! Thanks for posting all of your builds. You do a fantastic job at this scale. Do you only build 1/72?

One other question: what did you use on the tracks? Vallejo acrylics?
Thanks,
John

Erhan,
Your Ka-Mi looks extremely good. After doing two Chi Ha's, I may have to see about trying one of these little beasts! I must say that your painting is very appropriate and effective.
Cheers,
Jan
