Anyone know what WWII German shelter quarter camouflage pattern this is? Looks close to Oak Leaf but I am not 100% sure.
Thank you,
Randy

That doesn't look very much like any of the Oak Leaf patterns. It does have some resemblence to SS Leibermuster but, if you go by the surviving samples of it, there are some colors missing and the pattern doesn't match exactly. You can check the German camo patterns here:

Hope this helps a bit Randy, sorry I couldn't be more specific.

Thank you Karl, it did help out a lot. Going off of your suggestion I started researching that particular camouflage pattern and came up with "Buntfarbenaufdruck 45" Leibermuster. It looks very similar and the reason I was having trouble finding what I wanted is that most surviving samples are very faded as I learned from my reading.."due to the poor quality of dye available at the time". So to me, the picture in my original post is of some non-faded material and that would explain the brightness of the colors. Here are some pictures of what I came up with:
Same colors....just very faded.
Thank you again for your assistance. It is greatly appreciated. I hope that I can return the favor someday.

It's similar but if you look closely, the original pattern picture is missing one of the colors that appears in the uniform. The light and dark green and red-brown are all heavily faded but visible. The black on the uniform doesn't appear in the original pattern picture but it's possible that the original picture is incorrect.
Edit: I stand corrected, the black is there but very hard to see in the original post. I noticed it when I enlarged the picture to see if the pattern was correct. I would still say the black in the original is too small relative to that which appears on the uniform.

I have to agree; I did some poking and found a thread on panzergrenadier.net with a picture of a reproduction jacket and a photo of a Wehrmacht soldier wearing that pattern in Czechoslovakia in 1945:

I'm actually painting Leibermuster at the minute and I have been using that re-production photo in Sean's link as my reference. Personally I think that re-production garment is quite close to what the original was supposed to be but there is no way of telling and I've seen Leibermuster done a number of different ways. Indeed, some re-productions I've seen don't seem to include some of the colors for example.
It certainly is an interesting camo to do- I hope one day they will find an authentic wartime set of the camouflage that isn't badly faded and worn. It may even be hiding in an archive locker somewhere!

To be honest, I don't think the shown pattern on the tents/capes is a leibermuster.
The blacks or dark colours in that are much more closer to each other. Even when looking at faded items or reporductions, the patterns just don't match.
The pattern shown reminds me of that of US forces in the '80's...

Strangely, it reminds me of the Canadian CADPAT except it's little square in it no round parts but the colors are the same.
