I'm start to build the kit, but it seem that the upper and lower hull don't much. The lower hull is longer. Anyone experience this?

Sorry, no experience with the kit, but if you post some pictures of the problem, someone may be able to offer a solution.

I have the kit waiting in my stash, checked the fit, and it is perfect. Guess you were unlucky...
