After doing mainly combat based dioramas I decided to make this one a little more peacefull, part of a British recon unit behind the lines in NW europe 1944 enjoying a cup of tea and "hopefully" some fish.

thanks, I used that oasis stuff that is used for indoor dry flowers, covered it with pollyfilla and finished with the usual sand and grit.

I find the cheapest option is to steal it from the mother in law
failing that I take a visit to the local garden centre, I cant remember how much it is but its not expensive.
