thanks for the comments guys, I was trying to achieve a nice in action look to it, and having it beginning to cross a combat bridge seemed like a good way of doing that, different than just having it on a flat road or sand.

It has been a while since I have really had a chance to build a real good base and this one was a good opportunity to have a go at mountainous desert scene, and a incorporating using Cork bark which I have seen used but never really tried myself.

Which base kit did you use ? Tamiya ? Academy ?
Were there any problems with the Legend conversion ?
What colours & decals did you use ?

the base kit was an Italeri M60, the legend conversion is good, I had to scratch build the rear armour hangers, and replace some of the armour panels on the Hull. I also had to replace quite a few of the italeri parts with new scratch built parts so the conversion would sit right, but the base kit was a real old one I picked up cheap so was to to be expected I guess.

add in the Fruil Merkava tracks its a decent build and conversion once you get going. I used the Lifecolor Israeli sand 1982 as it has a nice green tint to it.

Decals I can remember of the top of my head, but where a set i had in the stash, although the smaller one where hand painted on.
