Dragon T-34/76 problems

Has anyone built the Dragon T-34/76 Mod.1943 w/ Commander Cupola No. 183? I have run into an issue where the machine gun housing does not line up with the main tank body. In fact it looks totally different in the instructions than on the actual part. This is only one of the couple of errors I have found so far. Is this normal? Di I get a bad kit? I have built Dragon before and know they have a lot of extra parts, but the main parts have always been correct before.

There is a glacis plate that needs to go on the hull first. It looks like it is part L8.
