Anyone else use this track set yet? I bought one at Amps last year and wanted to use it . according to the instructions you need no glue what so ever. Yet when I tried to assemble it the end pins wouldnt stay on Am I doing somthing wrong or is just a bad set? any help appreciated.

Josh --
We were just talking about these Wednesday night at the local AMPS club meeting. A couple guys had tried them and all had the same problem as you. Someone suggested painting them before assembly to possibly tighten things up. The other option is to glue them.

Josh, you may wanna try building a top run of 25 links and bottom run of 20 Then glue them using liquid glue ou then do the links around the idler and sprocket Get them to fit however tight you want to Then carefully apply glue to the outside end connectors while attached to tank
After they dry, remove and glue the inside end connectors and paint and weather If you ever van get the RHPS Sherman tracks They are much better than the AFV Club tracks HTH #:-) (++)

One of the guys at the club meeting said he had the same end-connector problem with the AFV tracks for the Pershing.
I just remembered that I have a set for the Stuart, but haven't done anything with them yet. Anyone have any problems with those?
