Hi all,
I'm currently building the Merkava IV LIC. The instructions are not really clear and sometimes it is a true guess game to understand where you have to put the part.
So far I have managed to find where to glue the various parts but I'm stuck with the part F13 which looks like a small keyboard. Academy has you gluing it near the back of the commander hatch but if you do so the vision block becomes blind which is a non sense to me.
Here is a picture of the instructions (from hobby search). See bottom right.

I've checked my references (Tankograd and Desert Eagle) and haven't seen a single photo of this thing.
Have Academy played with their imagination or is this thing really existing?

TIA
Olivier

That picture is a help to me also, thanks.

Would you by any chance have a picture of the wiring for the 0.5 co-axial, that would be a big help to me and perhaps to Oliver as well.

Oliver, I would make the suggestion that you purchase some AM for the ball and chain, I think the Academy parts are dreadful...cheers....Kenny

Kenny,
concerning the .50 wiring, you have a sketch in the Desert Eagle book but unfortunately it only shows the wires where they connect to the MG. I'd love seeing where the wires go around the hatches.
I agree about the balls and chains. I haven't made up my mind yet on how I'll deal with this problem.

Hi,
in these threads You can see, how cables are connected to electrical trigger, and how the cable disappear under the roof armour.
