Have just bought the 1/35 Tamiya Staghound, want to replace the kit wheels with resin replacements. Found 2 makers of aftermarket replacements - Panzer Art and Royal Model. Anybody ever used these if so are they would you recommend them.
thanks

The Tamiya Staghound is the Italeri one re-boxed with some extra figures.
There is not much wrong with the kit wheels but I have the Royal Models set 558 normally around £12 each which I got cheap (half-price) as the trader was selling them off - so I got 2 sets. They are finely cast with separate front and rear hubs and have a pouring lug in the usual place.
I can't comment on the PanzerArt set as I've never seen them.

I have used some Panzer Art pieces and, judging by these, they will be top notch. I have had no experience with Royal Model.

Thanks for that, have gone with the Panzer Art set. They are difficult to find here in the UK, but got a set coming from Australia of all places. Cheap shipping costs just over AUS$3.00.
Although I live in the UK, am concentrating on Canadian vehicles in WW2,so just found some decals sheets from a company I never heard of - Whiskey Jack Decals.
