So I got my Meng GAZ Tiger in the mail. WOW! Detail is awesome, full interior and all doors can open. Camo decals for the interior, just beautiful!

You can save them...
I'm using Firefox, with "Ctrl+u" you can see the source of the page. Just search for ".jpg". You'll find links like this:
copy those links and paste them to the address line of the browser. The pics will appear and can be saved. Right click, "save picture as..."
Good luck

You can also use Pinterest to grab images from that site.
I was watching my wife use Pinterest one day and I got to thinking, if she can use it for her arts and crafts, why can't I use it for my arts and crafts

Excellent work.
Can someone explain to me the reason for camouflaging the interior?
Why not order from a site that does have these for sale? You will be paying import fees either way you go about it. The only difference will be in shipping time and expense. I believe http://www.Hobbyeasy.com has this kit for sale.

I like how the Tiger accents the figures. It is rare to see a vignette or diorama shift the attention from the vehicle to the figures. I'm really looking forward to seeing this one finished.

How painful was it to fit the decals around all the edges?

I love the figures, who are they by? The Tiger and the figures work really well together. I'm pretty sure I've seen pics of real life scenes that look just like what you have laid out.
