I've started gathering reference material for the MTLB I plan to detail. I have found the manual, for roughly $60 on EBay. Does anybody know of other books or where I might locate a manual that doesn't end in three days? TIA

Not sure what you are looking for in references, but there is a LOT just on the internet that, for the most part, covers anything in the book. If you search, you may even find the book as a PDF. Use both the English and Cyrillic spellings.

I've seen one photo of an MTLB, with a dozer. It is too small to perceive anything, but the blade. Does anyone have some material on this?

Front or rear mounted Blade? If front mounted, you may be thinking of the AZM...

Front mounted. It resembles the plow that was used on the Panzer IV B.
