Here are some in progress shots of my trench campaign so far.. tomorrow i and gonna cover it up with selluclay. The idea is that a Panzer IV's dumb? driver crashed into a trench and the crew abandoned the tank.. there is gonna be a few US soldiers examing the damage. I'm making it really muddy so the tank didn't just 'fall' in the the trench retaining walls gave way and it sunk in.. any way here are the pics.

if you guys can't see them check em out here.. http://f1.pg.photos.yahoo.com/ph/elementskata6677/lst?.dir=/Trench+Campaign&.src=ph&.done=http%3a//f1.pg.photos.yahoo.com/ph/elementskata6677/vwp%3f.dir=/Trench%2bCampaign%26.dnm=IMAG0021.jpg%26.src=ph&.view=t

Coming along nicely Pnzr-Cmdr. One thought though... is the trench deep enough? From the pics it looks like the the trench is only waist high, but yet very wide...... not sure how realistic this is. Will you add retaining walls of timber and logs?

i used a 1/35 scale fig to get the height of the wall.. it comes up to his neck and yes i'm gonna used stirring sticks for the retaining walls

cool - nice diorama so far. Are you going to leave the elevation of the main gun where it is or raise it some?
