Hi Guys,
I am building CyberHobby's Operation SeeLowe Pzkw III. The snorkel system features a 12-inch long tube made of DS plastic that is supposed to drape around the tank from the buoy to the top of the turret. The pictures in the directions show this tube kinking and bending as one would expect a hose to do; but the DS "tube" is solid and doesn't bend easily at all. I am thinking I should heat it up in hot water over the stove, but figured I would ask first before I melt the entire tube into an unrecoverable mess. I would love to hear from someone who as actually built this kit--I have looked everywhere but none of the online reviews mention this aspect of the build. (Happy to hear from anyone with an opinion even if you haven't built this h kit too!). Thanks, Sam

Hot water from the tape should be enough to help you shape it Sam, if not boil the kettle.
