Hey guys, a quick question for the guru's...

Would addon gear like shovels, towing cables, jacks and all that sort of thing be included in the camouflage scheme or added later and thus retaining their natural colors?

I am reaching a point in my Tiger 1 late build where the instructions want me to add the tools to the hull but my guess is they remain wood and metal colored and so have to be attached at the end?

Thanks in advance,
Richard

Is it going to represent a new or an old tank?

Good question...I think most of the tools would be painted yellow at least metal tools like the jack and crowbars ..I have seen wooden tools like showels and axes where the wood would be left unpainted and the metals parts a greyish green color ...Don't think anyone wanted metal parts shining in the sunlight.

Thanks for the replies guys.

I think i am going to keep it fairly new... its a ss spzabt 101 tank normandy time so lets say it had to drive some miles to the scene but is otherwise factory fresh.

I dont even know if i should add all the bits and bobs as i think i read somewhere that not all tigers had all the gimmicks
