Alex is right, that's exactly what it is. They're generally dispersed through a unit and contain a litter and a whole bunch of medical supplies.

Aren´t those on the first photo the older CFP-90s?
I´ve got about 10 of those in resin in 1/35. Old Goffy Model casts, but very nice and detailed indeed. I think I can miss 1 or 2

They do look like the old CFP-90's now that you mention it. More than likely they were acquired by Marines from outside the supply system because they supposedly "went away" around the time the MOLLE I gear came out.

Very interesting indeed that they're using those CFP-90's.
I checked my "box of backpacks" too and the 1st photo are those CFP-90's which Goffy model made.

Darrrrrn no kit avail of the Warrior Aid bag, I'll do a quick scratch.. Initially I mistook it for another pack with the side pockets stuck about.
